Executive Assistant, Licensing and Brand Management

Position Summary The available position for the Licensing and Brand Management department serves as the Executive Assistant to the SVP, as well as assisting with various administrative duties for the Director of Interactive Business Development and the Manager. This person is the conduit to the SVP and manages different responsibilities across all aspects of the licensing department.   Primary Responsibilities ·       Support the SVP, Director of Interactive Business Development and Manager with extensive scheduling of meetings, calls and travel ·       Screen incoming calls, prioritize meetings, file expenses and ensure office runs smoothly ·       Manage schedule for internal and external meetings ·       Assist with licensing needs across several titles: o   Participate in liaising with licensees on asset distribution and management o   Facilitate internal and external approvals ·       Assist in delivery of assets to vendors and participate in the creation of style guides and other licensing sales materials ·       Assist with relationship management of China distribution partners: o   Work alongside department employees with Chinese partners to coordinate asset sharing and approvals o   Assist with day-to-day management of licensing programs and execution in China

Education Requirements | Experience

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent
  • Marketing and production experience preferred
  • Mandarin language skills highly preferred
